Viola Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives, dill or your favorite The Villages Grown herb
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup violas, chopped (The Villages Grown)
- 4 slices brioche or challah bread, crusts trimmed, if desired, and cut into quarters
- Toppers: thin radish slices, thin cucumber slices, microgreens, whole viola flowers
- Flaked sea salt (optional)
