What is a microgreen?
Young vegetable greens, such as broccoli, arugula, chard, mustard, beets, etc. that are picked just after the sprout cycle once the first leaves have developed.
Microgreens are extremely versatile and enhance any dish with their complex flavors. While they make a wonderful garnish, they can also be the hero ingredient of many recipes.
Microgreens are incredibly
rich in antioxidants.
Some microgreen varieties carry up to 40 times the nutritional value versus their mature counterparts.
