Turkey Lettuce Cups


  • 1 Head The Villages Grown Bibb Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Leftover Turkey Breast from Thanksgiving Dinner
  • 1 Cup The Villages Grown Hydrocrunch Lettuce
  • ½ Cup The Villages Grown Broccoli Microgreens
  • 1 TBS The Villages Grown Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 1 TBS The Villages Grown Chives Finely Chopped
  • 6 Each The Villages Grown Heirloom Medley Tomatoes Quartered
  • 1 TBS Dressing of Choice (Vinaigrette, Caesar, Ranch)


  1. Peel back the Bibb Lettuce leaves to create individual lettuce cups. 
  2. Chop Turkey into fine pieces and place in mixing bowl 
  3. Chop Hydrocrunch lettuce and add to mixing bowl. 
  4. Add microgreens, parsley,  chives, tomatoes and dressing of choice to mixing bowl 
  5. Blend all ingredients together with spoon until evenly distributed. 
  6. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups and serve.

*Alternative suggestion: add a spoonful of cranberry sauce to the top of each lettuce cup.
