Peachy Greens Smoothie


  • Handful of The Villages Grown Microgreens: Smoothie Blend
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water, almond milk (or other milk of choice)
  • ½-1 frozen banana or plantain
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • Handful of ice cubes (optional)
  • Honey to taste (optional)


  1. Add peach, smoothie blend microgreens, coconut water, banana, and protein powder into a blender. Blend until smooth and greens are well blended.  
  2. Add ice cubes and honey (if you’d like) and more coconut water to adjust thickness (if necessary) and blend till smooth. 
  3. Top with sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
