Peachy Greens Smoothie

Ingredients
- Handful of The Villages Grown Microgreens: Smoothie Blend
- 1 ripe peach, pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water, almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- ½-1 frozen banana or plantain
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- Handful of ice cubes (optional)
- Honey to taste (optional)
Directions
- Add peach, smoothie blend microgreens, coconut water, banana, and protein powder into a blender. Blend until smooth and greens are well blended.
- Add ice cubes and honey (if you’d like) and more coconut water to adjust thickness (if necessary) and blend till smooth.
- Top with sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
