Mediterranean Microgreen and Hummus Toast


  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 2 slices whole grain sprouted bread
  • 1/2 cup of The Villages Grown broccoli microgreens
  • A touch of hot sauce (optional) 
  • Cracked black pepper, to serve


  1. Toast whole grain bread.
  2. Spread hummus on one slice of toast.
  3. Top with tomato and tousled microgreens. Add a touch of hot sauce and cracked black pepper, if desired.
