Ingredients
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 slices whole grain sprouted bread
- 1/2 cup of The Villages Grown broccoli microgreens
- A touch of hot sauce (optional)
- Cracked black pepper, to serve
Directions
- Toast whole grain bread.
- Spread hummus on one slice of toast.
- Top with tomato and tousled microgreens. Add a touch of hot sauce and cracked black pepper, if desired.
